We brew our White Ale using a traditional step mash using pilsner barley malt and locally grown wheat malt from @thrall . It is spiced with coriander and curaçao orange peel in our copper coolship for a zesty and citrusy character. A warm open fermentation using a traditional witbier yeast strain creates an incredibly refreshing beer.
