Q: Is Shipping FREE?
A: All Craft Beer and Cider Gift Baskets, Craft Beer Gift Boxes and Monthly Craft Beer or Cider Club Subscriptions are shipped FREE.
Q: How do you ship your products?
A: All shipments are are delivered in protective packaging for safe arrival and sent via either UPS or local regional carrier to ensure the contents arrive and can be signed for by an adult over the age of 21.
Q: Can you ship to PO boxes, FPO or APO boxes??
A: No, we can only ship to residential and business addresses.
Q: Can you ship outside the united states?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside the U.S.
Q: Is there an adult signature required for delivery?
A: Yes, a signature of an adult that is 21 years of age or older is required. If an adult with proof of age is not available to sign for the package, the package will not be delivered.
Q: Can I include a greeting card with my purchase?
A: Yes. Send your gift along with a Greeting Card! Once you have found the perfect craft beer or cider gift, add a personalized message to one of our FREE Greeting Cards. Upon check out, you’ll have the opportunity to add a message to your FREE Half Time Greeting Card. Adding your message is simple and you’ll be able to review it before purchase!

Q: Is there a Half Time craft beer & cider store near me?
A: Yes, there are two Half Time stores in the New York area including:
- Poughkeepsie, NY: 2290 South Road
- Mamaroneck, NY: 139 Hoyt Ave
Q: How soon will my curbside pickup order be ready at the store?
A: Curbside Pickup orders will be available for pickup within one hour on the same business day. Our temporary store hours are Monday thru Saturday 10AM till 7PM and Sunday 11AM til 6PM.
Q: How do I know my order is ready?
A: All curbside pickup orders are pulled and ready within one hour. Once you arrive at the store for curbside pickup, please call the store and let us know your last name and where you are parked. A Half Time staff member will bring out your order and place it in your car.
Q: Where do I pick up my order?
A: Park in either of our parking lots on the north or south end of the building or near the center entrance on Hoyt Ave.
Q: What do I need to bring with me for in-store pickup?
A: When picking up your order, we ask that you show the Half Time employee a photo ID indicating you are at least 21 years or older.
Q: Can I pick up my order at another store?
A: Typically you must pick up at the Half Time store you placed the order at. However, pickup at another Half Time store can only be accommodated if the products you’re requesting are available at that location. A representative will cancel your original order and replace it at the preferred Half Time location provided they
have the products available.
Q: How long will you hold my curbside pickup order before restocking it?
A: We’ll hold it in store for seven calendar days from when you placed the order.

A: Half Time is the ONLY monthly craft beer club to offer both Domestic Beer and International Beer in certain monthly craft beer clubs! Check the description of the beer or cider subscription club to see if yours contains both domestic and international craft beer selections.
Q: What other beer and cider clubs do you offer!
A: The simple answer is none. Beer and cider subscriptions are all we do! Half Time does not have any other beer or cider clubs or subscriptions and sells nothing but the best craft beers and ciders from around the world. Q: What are your membership options?
A: We offer 3, 6 or 12 month beer and cider subscription memberships. Every month, you will receive 12 craft beers or ciders in your shipment.
Q: Do I have to pay for my beer or cider club all at once or can I pay monthly?
A: We charge monthly over the period of the club membership which is 3, 6 or 12 months.
Q: What if I don't like one of the beers or ciders? Can I choose the beers or ciders that I'll receive??
A: Specific inclusions or exceptions are not possible. However, with 6 different selections, rest assured that each monthly delivery is comprised of a delicious range of craft beers or ciders.
Q: Do you have a newsletter?
A: Yes! Our newsletter brings you valuable information about each craft beer or cider and is included in every shipment.
Q: What time of the month are the beer and cider club subscriptions shipped?
A: Our beer and cider monthly clubs are shipped at the beginning of each month and, depending on the state you live in, are scheduled to arrive between the third and fourth week of the month. Delays may result from holidays or delivery disruptions outside our control such as regional flooding, wild fires, tornadoes,
hurricanes, blizzards and so forth. If you order a membership prior to the middle of the month, the first shipment will be sent out at the end of that month. All subsequent shipments will follow the regular shipping schedule. Should you order arrive towards the end of a month, your first order will arrive the following month.
