DOES HALF TIME OFFER BOTH DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL BEERS IN THEIR MONTHLY CLUBS?
Half Time is the ONLY monthly beer club to offer both Domestic and International beers in certain monthly beer clubs! Check the description of the club to see if yours contains both domestic and international selections.

Half Time does not have any other clubs and sells nothing but the best beers and ciders from around the world. Since 2001, we have been committed to serving both the novice and experienced beer and cider enthusiasts.
WHAT MAKES HALF TIME'S BEER AND CIDER CLUBS BETTER THAN THE REST?
- Offering the widest variety of monthly clubs provides members with unparalleled options to suit any beer or cider lover’s style.
- Every monthly beer or cider club contains 12 outstanding beers or ciders, two each of six different beers or ciders in every shipment! Most other beer clubs only give you 2 or 3 different beers each month. At Half Time, we always send 6 different beers or ciders each month.
- We include rare finds, unique beers and ciders and new releases. We send it all! We don’t hold back the good stuff for special occasions. We send along some of the biggest and best-known breweries from around the world in each month's club.
WHAT ARE YOUR MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS?
We offer 3, 6 or 12 month memberships. Every month, you will receive 12 beers or ciders in your shipment.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY CLUB ALL AT ONCE OR CAN I PAY MONTHLY?
We charge monthly over the period of the club membership which is 3, 6 or 12 months.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE ONE OF THE BEERS OR CIDERS? CAN I CHOOSE THE BEERS OR CIDERS THAT I'LL RECEIVE?
Specific inclusions or exceptions are not possible. However, with 6 different selections, rest assured that each monthly delivery is comprised of a delicious range of beers or ciders.
DO YOU HAVE A NEWSLETTER?
Yes! Our newsletter brings you valuable information about each beer or cider and is included in every shipment.
WHAT TIME OF THE MONTH ARE THE CLUBS SHIPPED?
Our clubs are shipped at the beginning of each month and, depending on the state you live in, are scheduled to arrive between the third and fourth week of the month. Delays may result from holidays or delivery disruptions outside our control such as regional flooding, wild fires, tornadoes, hurricanes, blizzards and so forth. If you order a membership prior to the middle of the month, the first shipment will be sent out at the end of that month. All subsequent shipments will follow the regular shipping schedule. Should you order arrive towards the end of a month, your first order will arrive the following month.
HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?
All shipments are sent by carrier and are delivered in protective packaging for safe arrival.
CAN YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES, FPO OR APO BOXES?
No, we can only ship to residential and business addresses.
CAN YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside the U.S.
IS THERE A SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY?
Yes, a signature of an adult that is 21 years of age or older is required. If an adult with proof of age is not available to sign for the package, the package will not be delivered.
CAN I INCLUDE A GREETING CARD WITH MY PURCHASE?
Yes. Send your gift along with a Greeting Card! Once you have found the perfect beer or cider gift, add a personalized message to one of our FREE Greeting Cards. Upon check out, you’ll have the opportunity to add a message to your FREE Half Time Greeting Card. Adding your message is simple and you’ll be able to review it before purchase!

TWO-HOUR IN-STORE PICKUP
Give us two hours and we’ll pull your order and have it ready for pick up at no added charge.
HOW SOON WILL MY PICKUP ORDER BE READY?
In-Store Pickup: Orders will be available for pickup within two hours on the same business day. If the order is placed after business hours or less than two hours before closing time, it will be available the following business day.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS READY?
For all pickup orders, Half Time will send you an email indicating when your order is ready to be picked up. Please wait for this email confirmation before coming to the store to ensure that your order is ready for you.
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Stop by any cash register or customer service desk and let a Half Time associate know you are there to pick up a web order. You must have a valid ID and we recommend bringing a copy of your order confirmation.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME FOR IN-STORE PICKUP?
When picking up your order, we ask that you present:
Government-issued photo ID.
Your order confirmation.
WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Pickup orders may be claimed during the store’s normal business hours. To check your local store’s hours, please use this link: Half Time Store Locations and Hours
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT ANOTHER STORE?
Typically you must pick up at the Half Time store you placed the order at. However, pickup at another Half Time store can only be accommodated if the products you’re requesting are available at that location. A representative will cancel your original order and replace it at the preferred Half Time location provided they have the products available.
CAN I SEND SOMEONE ELSE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes. If you have placed your order online, please call the store you placed the order to arrange for someone else to pick up your order. The person picking up your order will need to present either a hard or soft copy of the "ready to be picked up" email. If the ID of the third party shares the same last name and/or address as the billing information on the order, you do NOT need to call. If phoning in your order, please inform the Half Time employee that someone else will be picking up the order.
HOW LONG WILL YOU HOLD MY PICKUP ORDER BEFORE RESTOCKING IT?
We’ll hold it in store for seven calendar days from when we notified you that the order is ready for pick up.
