Le Pils is dry hopped using fine aroma hops from the Alsace Lorraine region of France, yielding a beautiful citrusy & floral aroma. Taking its inspiration from the unique world of Alsatian white wines, it undergoes a cool open fermentation using a classic pilsner yeast to produce a crispy, dry, and refreshing finish.
