Bluets is out spontaneously fermented golden ale brewed with NJ blueberry honey and refermented with NJ blueberries. Brewed in January of 2018 with NJ blueberry honey added to the coolship, this beer fermented spontaneously in oak. After 30 months, this beer refermented with fresh NJ blueberries before a final refermentation in the bottle with more NJ blueberry honey. Bottled Jul. 28, 2020
