Le mur is our blackberry spontaneously fermented golden ale. For this 2020 harvest edition, we added South Jersey blackberries to a beer matured for eighteen months in a single puncheon, sparking a comparatively brief month-long spontaneous fruit refermentation before a final refermentation in this bottle.
