Science In the Park

Science In The Park is a new collaboration with San Diego’s North Park. We worked on some new experiments with the North Park crew to bring you our latest Triple India Pale Ale. We used a blend of flaked oats, flaked wheat, golden naked oats, and white wheat to lay the groundwork for this big 10% TIPA before the Citra, Strata, and Zappa hop bill. Science In The Park pours with aromas of pineapple and mango nectar with flavors of tangerine wedges, passionfruit, grape soda, grapefruit flesh, dank & earthy tropical fruit salad, and a complex berry note. The finish features a smooth creaminess in a well hidden ABV that may have you doing your own science experiments in the park after just a few gulps.
