Orbital Oasis

Following ASB’s yeast and process recommendations for this style, we’re thrilled with the results of this beer. Orbital Oasis features an adjusted water profile, a new-to-us yeast strain, and a hop blend of Citra, Strata, and Mosaic. It opens with aromas of citrus zest and pine, leading to crisp flavors of dried orange peel, apricot fruit snacks, and subtle mango-papaya notes, finishing with a resinous piney grassiness and an incredibly drinkable finish.
