Phase Transition

When conditions reach the right point, everything changes. Phase Transition (IPA) features a grain bill of malted barley, flaked oats, torrefied wheat, and malted oats to help create a soft, pillowy foundation. Hopped with Enigma, Mosaic, and Galaxy, layers of tropical aromas lead into flavors of tangerine, peach nectar, passionfruit, tropical melon, and pineapple, while subtle notes of grapefruit and lime zest add a refreshing citrus edge. The body is soft and saturated with a smooth, balanced bitterness that lets the tropical and citrus character linger through a bright, juicy finish.
