Brewed in collaboration with our friends at The Seed of Atlantic City, NJ, Schatten showcases Rabbit Hill Malt—a malt house close to their heart and home. Pouring a deep mahogany hue, it opens with herbal hops and cocoa powder on the nose, followed by layered notes of baker’s chocolate, coffee grounds, biscuit, and a touch of light toffee, finishing clean and elegantly dry.
