Brewed with 100% Pilsner malt, French Strisselspalt and Hallertau Blanc hops, and an expressive Belgian yeast strain, this beer is a rustic expression of straw and hat, grass and white grape aromas, while open-fermentation nurtures the notes of bubblegum and black pepper. A bright and dry beer for the new season.
