We brew our Saison using a classic single infusion mash with Belgian Pilsner and Vienna malt, along with locally grown unmarked wheat and rolled oats from @ Thrall . It is spiced with grains of paradise prior to its warm, open fermentation using a traditional Saison yeast. The result is a beautifully citrus forward, zesty, dry & refreshing ale, perfect for a hot summer day!
