Foeder Brett Lager brewed with NY-State Pilsner malt, hopped with NY-state crystal. For this beer we took one of our favorite beers, Rare Earth, and gave it a slightly more farmhouse treatment. We followed the recipe exactly using NY-State malt and hops and our house lager yeast blend but added our house brettanomyces strain to the mix. The resulting beer has the unmistakable fruity and funky aromatics of brett with the refreshing drinkability of Rare Earth that you've come to know and love.
