Papapils is our unfiltered German-style pilsner. It also represents the inaugural brew by Eredità. This beer is the culmination of perseverance and self-reflection, and its genesis was driven by the loss of our father, who was our greatest supporter. Pilsner was his favorite style of beer, and as a result, crafting a beer he would have enjoyed was paramount to this recipe, and our tribute to him
