Over Zealous - a bold reimagining of our Double India Pale Ale, elevated to an Imperial India Pale Ale. This beer showcases our handpicked Nelson Sauvin and Southern Cross hops from Freestyle Hops in New Zealand. To push the boundaries even further, we incorporated Phantasm, a unique powder derived from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes, into our dry hop schedule.
