Birds & Bees is our modern 6.2% ABV take on a Bière de Miel, a saison-style ale brewed with honey. Inspired by one of our favorite beers of this style, we add wildflower honey to the kettle and dry hop with New Zealand’s Motueka hops. The result is a light, refreshing, and dry beer with vibrant floral and lime notes. Its lively, effervescent carbonation enhances the aromatics, delivering them straight to your nose, while a gentle mouthfeel invites you to take the next sip.
