The 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Golden Blend is the result of blending lambics aged 1-3 years, and contains at least 25% of lambics aged 4 years. The blend is matured in oak barrels, and further fermentation occurs in the bottle. Each batch is distinctly unique, as several variables, such as barrel size and blend proportions, influence the end result. Under proper cellar conditions, this Golden Blend can be aged for several decades.
