Brewed with New York state pilsner, white wheat, unsalted wheat, flaked wheat, rye, and oats. Fermented warm in folders with their house Saison blend. After fermentation, it was transferred to stainless and conditioned on chamomile, elderflower, rosemary, and thyme. Notes of pear,chamomile blossoms, and wildflower honey.
