Citrus Froot Direct

We crafted a dextrinous wort using raw wheat and flaked oats atop a foundation of TexMalt San Jacinto 2-Row and Wildfire Pale Malt. Fermented in stainless steel with our mixed culture, we bio-trans dry hopped with Ekuanot and Amarillo. After primary fermentation, we refermented the beer with fresh Dancy Mandarins and Hamlin Oranges, hand-juiced from Orange Blossom Farm in Utopia, Texas, west of San Antonio. Finally, we performed two additional dry hop additions with Ekuanot and Sabro cryo hops.
