Kolsch Americana is our kölsch-style ale brewed with American hops. It is cool-fermented and lagered, staying true to the traditional kölsch method. Pale in color and soft on the palate, Americana features delicate citrus, floral, and cedar notes from the American hops, perfectly balancing a subtle fruitiness and gentle dryness for an incredibly well-balanced, cold-matured ale.
