Joe’s Mexican Style White Ale Is spiced with lime peel and coriander, and brewed with Pilsner barley malt and locally grown wheat malt from Thrall Family Farms. It is hopped in the boil with Huell Melon and undergoes a warm open fermentation using a traditional witbier yeast strain creating an incredibly refreshing beer.
