Green's beer's are made with Millet, Rice, Buckwheat , Sorghum. Quest Gluten-Free Tripel Ale is fairly light body for beer of this strength; it has notable spice and herb nose with flavors of candied fruit, with an aromatic, long finish.
This Tripel style beer is best paired with Mediterranean foods such as pork and also goes great with pungent style cheese such as Gorgonzola and Limburger and sharp style cheeses such as Blue and Cheddar.
