This blended barrel-aged golden sour features Chardonnay grapes from Macari Vineyards in Mattituck, NY. Fresh, whole grape clusters underwent a carbonic maceration and autofermentation before blending and secondary fermentation in some of our finest barrels of aged sour beer.
