Very Fine Oak Aged Sour Red Ale
An homage to Oude Flanders, this sour red ale is sequentially aged in red wine and whiskey barrels for 1 year, then blended, then aged 1 year further in a red wine foudre. Brewed 2017, fermented with wild Brattleboro mixed culture.
