Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Vanilla + Coffee Stout • 13% ABV • We had no real intention of ever bottling #FOMO -- it felt like we'd be undercutting the name and philosophy. But during the peak of the pandemic, we'd been tasting some fascinating casks and hollered at Mike Arquines, who helped us find a great bean blend with the Mostra Coffee team. We bottled what had only ever been a draft-exclusive release accompaniment as a little spark of joy during a pretty bleak time and called it a golden anomaly.
