Péché Mortel is a 9.5% stout in which coffee is infused during brewing. The result is an intense beer, whose pronounced roasted aromas mingle with the powerful taste of coffee.
Once the fermentation is complete, it is aged for several months in oak barrels that have contained bourbon, which gives it aromas of vanilla and wood, complemented by flavors of bourbon.
