Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Vanilla Stout with Coconut • 13% ABV • We pushed eight choice casks of Fundamental Observation through 350lbs of fresh coconut flakes and another 350lbs of hand-toasted coconut flakes to create the incredible second bottling of #FOCOCO. Tropical aromas rise from the glass and melt into a swirling flourish of velvety viscosity on the palate. The coconut addition brings a softness to the 13% ABV, smoothing the experience out into a luxurious lazy river of vanilla and coconut.
