We started with a base of Wheat and Oats and a hop bill of Citra and Simcoe before a heavy dose of hand-picked Nelson and added just a touch of lime zest. Escape Velocity pours a beautiful bright yellow with aromas of fruity citrus, lime, and grass with flavors of orange, pine, Riesling white grape, berry, and lime in a creamy and delicate finish. This beer is bright and luscious with a dank mineral finish with infinite crushability.
