Physics In the Park

Exploring the depths of physics, motion, and energy, we introduce our inaugural DIPA collaboration with San Diego's North Park Beer Co., aptly named Physics In The Park. Crafted with a predominantly 2-row malt base, we embarked on a journey with an Idaho 7 whirlpool, complemented by a dry hop infusion of Citra, Citra Lupomax, Eclipse, Motueka, and Nelson hops. Upon pouring, fragrances reminiscent of Sunny D, succulent pineapple in syrup, and hints of yellow starburst greet the senses. As you take a sip, a harmonious blend of Mandarin orange, passionfruit, zesty key lime, and luscious pineapple juice unfolds, accompanied by subtle undertones of fruit roll-up and a whisper of white grape. Layers of dank, grassy hops interplay with a medley of complex berries, delivering a flavor profile that transcends the ordinary.
