In celebration of YCH's 2024 Pink Boot's Hop Blend, comprising Idaho 7, El Dorado, HBC 638, and Ahtanum, we brewed this special concoction in our own cauldrons, employing a west coast water profile and a straightforward grain bill. The result? A brew that packs a punch with flavors reminiscent of candied citrus, stone fruit, and herbal floral notes, balanced by a lingering west coast bitterness. This elixir is sure to soothe any ailment. Kudos to our brewer and Pink Boots member, Jessica, for leading the charge in creating this exceptional beer.
