Conceptualized with the Tripping Animals crew after some discussion on Kangaroos, Aussie hops, and Pete’s "Sweetness" Roos, we set out to showcase Enigma and Galaxy hops in a TIPA before adding copious amounts of marshmallow. Aussie Sweetness pours a milky, deep yellow with an explosive aroma of sweet Fluff and citrus. We get flavors of tangerine, pineapple, and papaya in a thick and creamy milkshake-like flavor.
