Amenable

Our take on a classic English-inspired bitter. 'Amenable' is brewed using English malt, lightly cooked invert sugar, Challenger / Goldings hops, and fermented with a classic UK derived yeast. For the canned version of this beer we dose each can with nitrogen to approximate the creamy foam of a traditional Northern UK cask pour. Please serve at cellar temperature if possible and follow the pouring 'instructions' on the front of the can for an optimal drinking experience. We taste golden cherry / apricot, iced tea, toast, orange blossom honey, cedar, and orange jellies.
