A great little selection of some very simple and refreshing beers, and a good representation of what we do here best at Suarez Family Brewery. All of these beers are as simple as can be, but are full of texture, flavor, aroma--possessing a drinkability that just begs for another sip. Our Qualify Pils is our hoppy pils, which is a simple beer cleanly fermented, but expressing waves of awesome hallertau grown hop character. Our Rapport Kolsch-style beer is our best interpretation of the native beer you would be served in Cologne, Germany (Kolsch). This beer is extra delicate but has whispers of puffed cereal and white wine. Rapport is a perfect beer to pair with literally anything. Kinda Classic is our Classic Belgian Farmhouse recipe--coming very close to what the Classic breweries in Wallonia, Belgium brew. This is a very peppery and fruity beer from a warm fermentation with a characterful yeast. Think of it almost like a slightly spicy champagne--Frothy and spritzy, green apple and grass characters, and a soft malty flavor that ends on the palate with a crunchy minerality. Enjoy!
