Vivid Hum

Dark ale featuring violetta barley, malted spelt, cluster and nugget hops and chaga - a mushroom found on birch trees. Fermented with a saison yeast but the flavor profile is much more low key and smooth than the average saison. As always re-fermented and conditioned in the bottle. This smooth and easy-drinking forest brew is a true mélange of photosynthetic and fungal beauty preserved in liquid form!
