When we brewed our first English-style Mild with Odd Bird, we did it the traditional way. No gimmicks. No chasing trends. Just balance, restraint, and respect for the style. For March Mildness, we re-brewed the exact same recipe… and this time, we nitro dosed the cans.
At 3.7%, Peculiar is a love letter to subtlety. Soft toasty malt, gentle caramel, and a beautifully dry finish. But on nitro, it pours with a cascading creaminess that rounds every edge and turns “sessionable” into something downright luxurious.
It’s proof that you don’t have to be loud to leave an impression. You just have to be confident in who you are.
The name and label tip their cap to One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, a favorite of both breweries. The broken cigarette, split to stretch just a little further, is our quiet nod to McMurphy, Martini, and the beautifully peculiar ones who refuse to be tamed.
