The genesis of Vanilla Medianoche emerges from a harmonious fusion of aged Medianoche batches, ranging from 21 to 39 months, each nurtured in a diverse array of barrels: Blanton’s Bourbon, Sazerac Rye 18-year Rye, Buffalo Trace Rye, Henry McKenna 10-year Bottled in Bond Bourbon, Law's Whiskey House Rye, Weller 12-year Bourbon, Buffalo Trace Bourbon, and Buzzards Roost Bourbon. Subsequent to meticulous blending, this Imperial Stout underwent a month-long maturation on Madagascar Vanilla beans, coaxing forth profound, opulent flavors and aromatics. Revel in luscious nuances reminiscent of freshly baked vanilla sponge cake, aged oak with a touch of dryness, and delicate hints of milk chocolate, culminating in a velvety custard finish.
