Oak Aged Blended Farmhouse Pale
Tides is a blend of our hoppy Farmhouse Pale - Single Farm, and our Brett Pale - Home. The base was racked from oak foedres to oak barrels and allowed to referment on Passion Fruits, Oranges, and Guavas before being blended and then dry-hopped with Freestyle Nelson Sauvin from our friends in New Zealand. Tides is an exploration of extracting and showcasing vibrant fruit in a dry beer before being bottle conditioned for an extended period of time and being ready to share with you.
