Coexpressionalism (de Garde collab)

Inspired by the traditional spontaneous beers of Belgium, we followed some Lambic processes while also intertwining what we've learned over the years with our own practices and also what our own native cultures prefer when fermenting and creating a beer that best exemplifies us. Fermented and aged to maturity entirely in one of our French Oak Foeders, Expressionism weaves together the cultures of Side Project and de Garde in a turbid, aged hop wort in which it took close to 2 years to find its harmony.
