This brand new IPA was brewed with an experimental cross-breed of hops called HBC 630; sent to us by the lovely folks over at Yakima Chief. This new strain brings aromatic qualities of nectarine and orange peel, followed by a wave of peach, prickly pear, and a slight hint of mixed berries to balance it all out.
