This collaboration with Brauerei Hoffstetten of St. Martin, Austria, is the latest release in the Stowe Style Series: an unfiltered pale lager brewed with Heines Haisa organic malt and Malling hops grown in Austria. Inspired by the Zwickelbier tradition of sampling directly from the fermentation vessel, this hazy straw-colored beer boasts bright, floral, and zesty hop aromas, with a full-bodied yet crisp, light finish.
