Another local favorite for the Buffalonian palate! We make this beer from the excess sponge cuttings from Watson’s Chocolates actual sponge candy. The sponge added gives us a to?ee-caramel ?avor, and in combination with pale and dark chocolate malts this beer is the perfect stout. Not too smoky or sweet, the sponge candy stout is quite a treat!
