In collaboration with Raaka Chocolate in Red Hook, we present an exquisite Imperial stout aged in Taconic bourbon barrels for a year, then delicately conditioned on Ugandan cacao nibs and toasted coconut. This indulgent brew boasts a medium-full body, enveloping the palate with rich malty bourbon notes. Layers of bittersweet milk and dark chocolate intertwine with hints of coconut, light roast coffee, subtle maple, toffee, and American oak. Balanced to perfection, it culminates in a touch of residual sweetness on the finish, ensuring a truly decadent experience.
