Scorpion Zoom Bowl

Collaboration with Vitamin Sea Brewing, Mortalis Brewing Company, The Eighth State Brewing Company. This beer was created during a tiki inspired Zoom call check-in in with our homies. We used a blend of wheat, oats, and lactose and conditioned it on Plums, Oranges, Lemons, and Orgeat (think almonds and orange). Scorpion Zoom Bowl starts with a bright pop of citrus and plum supported by almond and marzipan exuding from its thick head. The flavor is tropical tiki, pink grapefruit, and almond with a lingering citrus and gentle bitterness to keep this adult beverage without being too sweet. The flavor profile is balanced acidity and a soft well-rounded body while maintaining a high level of drinkability.
