Poppy’s Moonship, like its German counterparts (especially those from Saxony), is a Gose (pronounced Goes’-ah), brewed with coriander and sea salt. It features an assertive sourness delivered by lactobacillus. At 50% wheat, this sour beer is refreshing and flavorful. Gose is a unique style, as it falls outside of the German Beer Purity and tax laws that govern German brewing.
