On this iteration of Cold IPA we incorporated almost 30% rice into the grist for that incredibly lean dry body, then layered in multiple hot side additions of Mosaic pellets, then knocked out onto Mosaic Incognito. After a warm fermentation with lager yeast we dry hopped intensely with Mosaic and HBC-586. What resulted is an incredibly aromatic and flavorful expression of the finest Pacific Northwest hops. Pungent notes of sweet blueberry, bright mango followed by a firm backbone of dank and resinous pine and a moderate bitterness to round it all out.
