We've been fine-tuning a novel approach to hops we're calling crispy IPA, and the last time we released a crispy IPA (Crisp Air) it shocked us by becoming by far the number one selling beer in our taproom. But no wonder: Crispy IPA combines the juicy wallop of American hops with the clarity, delicacy, and dryness of American Lite Lager to make the perfectly airy pint. Without noisy hop engines guzzling fossil fuels, this little zeppelin with the big silhouette lifts its payload of Citra, Falconers, Cashmere, Simcoe effortlessly and floats with the jet stream.
