How did 1947 come to be? It all started with a simple realization. As Indian-American founders, we were constantly disappointed by the beer options at South Asian restaurants and events — nothing ever quite complemented the food or captured the spirit of our culture. So, we set out to create something that did: a beer that not only pairs beautifully with Indian cuisine but also proudly celebrates our heritage.
