This collaboration with Bissel Brothers Brewing of Portland, Maine, is the next offering in our Collab Series, a Czech-style amber lager brewed with spruce tips. Brewed with Czech Pilsner malt and specialty malt from Blue Ox Malthouse, this single decocted lager showcases freshly picked spruce tips from Maine and Vermont. Bright amber in color with notes of bread crust and caramel with a piney, herbaceous, and lightly fruity and full-bodied finish..
