Piwo Grodziskie embodies our homage to a centuries-old Polish tradition: the smoked wheat beer. Crafted with oak-smoked wheat malts, this brew boasts subtle yet distinct smoky notes that dance delicately on the palate. Its character is further enriched by a uniquely soft mouthfeel, crowned by a beautiful white foam cap. The journey culminates in a crisp, dry finish, a result of nearly two months of meticulous horizontal lagering and the harmonious interplay of multiple yeast strains, both lager and German ale varieties.
