    After taking back-to-back trips to Prague and Pilsen these last two years, we have been inspired tremendously by what we have learned. Having the opportunity to talk to so many brewers from Czechia and around the world allowed us to develop this very special beer. Pivovarský Bál or “The Brewer’s Ball” is a 12° Plato Czech-Style foeder lager using all Czech ingredients, including Moravian Floor Malted Czech pilsner malt, Czech Saaz hops, and Czech lager yeast.?
