We aimed to capture what makes Czech Pilsners so exceptional, starting with floor-malted Czech Pilsner malt (courtesy of Weyermann), expressive Czech Saaz hops, and a clean, malt-forward lager yeast. While we couldn’t import 500 gallons of low-mineral water from Pilsen, a reverse osmosis filter gave us the same result—softening the hop bitterness and perfectly rounding out the malt flavor.
